Yes, we're FDA approved.

We recommend you start with our hydrating sheet masks.

Facial masks are usually disposable for hygienic purposes. But since our mask has a lot of extra essence inside, you can use it to apply on your face and/or other dry skin on your body.

  • For oily skin, we recommend you use the mask 2-3 times a week.
  • For dry skin, we recommend you use it daily.
  • It is best to use it at night before bed.

Yes, our products are made with premium, clean, non toxic ingredients.

No but some of our users said that the appearance of their melasma has improved after trying out our mask. We can’t guarantee you any treatment but you could try our mask first and see if it works for you as well.

No, but our CC Cushion has SPF 30++ protection.

Pore PHA serum. This serum lifts dead skin cells from clogged pores while encouraging cell renewal for a smoother, more even skin tone. It hydrates skin and helps reduce the signs of aging, also removes black/whiteheads, acne and is good if you have big pores.

Our products are made to suit all skin types as much as possible but results may vary based on the individual. If you think your skin is too sensitive, we recommend you do a skin test first before you try it.

Yes, you may use Dewha together with your regular skincare products.

Yes, men and women above 18 years old can use our products.

Should be 18 years old and above since we haven't tested our products to minors though Dewha products are very gentle.

Available shades are ivory which is good for light to medium skin tone and natural for brown skin tone.

Track your order from the email confirmation you received that includes the tracking number. Sometimes, couriers have issues on their side like scheduling, lost parcels, etc. and that’s something we can’t control but you can still contact us and we’ll see how we can assist you.

When you submit your order, a confirmation email with your order details will be sent to you. If you realised the details of your order are incorrect, you can contact us immediately via email or dm us via fb messenger (Do kindly note that if the order are already in the process of delivery, there may be additional charges incurred by our courier for the change)

If you missed the delivery the first time, our friendly courier team will arrange for a 2nd/3rd delivery at no additional charges.

If you changed your mind after you have confirmed an order, contact us immediately and we will do our best to check your order and make the cancellation as long as the order has not been shipped. We have an automated system that ships your order within 24 hours. We do not accept cancellation of orders after your order has been shipped because of the Standard Shipping reason.



SHIPPING POLICY

Taxes and shipping will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery time varies per your location, from the date of courrier pick-up:

  • For Metro Manila, 3 - 5 days
  • For GMA and Luzon, 4 - 5 days
  • For Visayas, 5 - 7 days
  • For Mindanao, 7 - 9 days

Kindly note for the holiday season and because of our situation now due to Covid-19, please allow extra time for your order to arrive due to carrier/fulfillment schedules.

We strive to deliver each parcel to you the soonest possible but we can’t control our courier's schedule on the specific date for delivery. We seek your understanding if there are any delays on our courier side and feel free to reach out to us if our courier did not meet your expectation and we will assist to the best of our ability.

A tracking number together with your order details will be sent to you via email. You can then check the status of your order by entering the tracking number on the respective courier’s website. Contact us if you still need further assistance.

Yes, we also ship to Indonesia, Singapore, and Malaysia.



RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost if it falls under the below criteria:

  • Items are soiled upon arrival
  • Parcels are lost in transits

We do not accept returns or refunds if a customer changes their mind after receiving their order(s).

We strive to provide our customers with products of best quality only and we make sure all products that leave our warehouse are in the best possible condition before we ship them out.

Please contact us for a return request with all the details and some photos as proof. You will then receive specific return instructions.

If you are approved for a return, please make sure all items are securely placed in its original packaging.

Once you return an item, please expect for the item replacement to be delivered accordingly. Turn around time varies per your location.

  • Metro Manila - 7 days
  • For GMA & Luzon - 10 days
  • For Visayas and Mindanao - 12 days

We do not accept exchanges at this time. If you wish to replace your items, please submit a return request.
